Description

A single branching stem with delicate, outlined leaves spreads across a warm rust orange ground, rendered in fine white linework that emphasizes grace and simplicity. The composition feels botanical yet abstracted, with leaves scattered naturally along the branch in a quiet study of organic form and negative space. Made to order from soft micro-twill and cut by hand, insert included. Real art for the spaces you actually use, not store-shelf filler.

About The Artist

website: http://ryanmcgurl.com instagram: ryan.mcgurl I'm a nature lover, photographer, and illustrator, using both digital media and pen and ink. I also knit, crochet, and have limited success attempting to grow a vegetable garden. I grew up in New England and attended both the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Boston University, for graphic design and art history. I've been fortunate to live in several places, including the Boston area, the White Mountains in New Hampshire, and coastal Virginia. Currently, I live in Morehead City, on the coast in North Carolina. My partner, Jon, and I have a beautfiul home on 10 acres of property that we share with our four very spoilt German Shepherds, Panzer, Sasha, Otto and Odin, and a small flock of Chickens.
